Gateway Bid

SEALED BIDS will be received by the Boone County Conservation District (BCCDKY) until 2:00pm (EST) on March 16th, 2018, at their office on 6028 Camp Ernst Road, Burlington, Kentucky 41005, for the Gateway Community and Technical College Boone Campus Stormwater Improvements. Selection of a contractor will be voted on Monday, March 19th, 2018, at the BCCDKY Board Meeting.

SCOPE OF WORK to be performed under this improvement shall generally consist of reducing storm water impacts on the Boone Campus of Gateway Community and Technical College. Improvements will include swale stabilization, two detention basin retrofits, minor regrading and infrastructure improvements, and vegetation installation using native seed and live stakes. A lump sum bid is to be submitted for the entire project.

THE ABOVE IMPROVEMENT shall be in accordance with the Contract Documents. BCCDKY proposes to award the Contract to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. Bidder is advised that BCCDKY reserves the right to reject any and all Bids submitted; to waive any and all informalities; irregularities and/or technicalities in any Bid or Bid Guaranty; to accept any Bid deemed advantageous to it; and to negotiate changes, deletions or additions to these Contract Documents with the successful Bidder. Bids must be submitted on the standard form of Bid Proposal, and the successful Bidder will be required to execute the Standard Form of Contract Agreement.
