COVID 19 Update

BCCDKY is taking every precaution to ensure the health and safety of our staff and program participants. We have modified in-person programs and meetings to include multiple sanitizing and personal protective measures and practice social distancing at all times. We also ask that you make an appointment before visiting our office (859-586-7903 x.3), as we are not taking walk-in visitors at this time.

Focused Conservation Project

NRCS is sponsoring a forest conservation project for landowners in the Middle Creek Watershed to remove invasive species, plant native trees, install pollinator fields, and improve riparian vegetation. Learn more about the project here.

State Cost Share Available

This program helps landowners address existing soil erosion, water quality, and other environmental problems associated with their farming or woodland operations, while also benefiting those downstream. Learn more here.
