Ashton Baxter
Hello Boone County, my name is Ashton Baxter! I am currently working on my B.S. degree in environmental science at NKU with a double minor in Biology and GIS. I love to learn and spend time outside admiring nature. In my free time I love to go on hikes, eat at new restaurants, and spend time in my mini garden with my cat. I am excited to be able to work with BCCD to learn more about nature and gain skills for my career. With this, I am ready to teach others about the great outdoors and why conservation is so important!
Parker Loertscher
Hello my name is Parker Loertscher. I have finished my coursework for a bachelors in Environmental Geoscience with a minor in Geology. I enjoy learning about the ground beneath our feet and how it impacts ecosystems and our everyday lives. You will find me often exploring the county and neighboring cities looking for interesting fossils. I'm looking forward to helping with Boone County Conservation District's conservation goals this summer!
